Thanks to Pat for some nice photos from the opening of my show, "Shape Shift," at the Wayne County Council for the Arts in Newark, NY.
She had me pose in front of a couple of my Jet Trails quilts. The gallery lighting looked great on the quilts, even though they look a bit washed out here.
I think Liz gets the long-distance award for coming from the Syracuse area. And the award for the biggest surprise goes to Marilyn for finding me after more than 50 years.
We appreciate the wonderful help and support from the volunteers of the Arts Council, who graciously give of their time and talent to support local artists. Several of the members provided snacks and punch.
And my friend Monica (who was keeping Bill company), along with Dee, Karen and Anne, brought all kinds of wonderful cookies.

Show looks great from this angle Marcia. So cool to be able to see all your pieces together. Wish I could drop in for a look see.
Congratulations!
