Found in the garden

This little bird nest was on the ground this morning below the blue spruce tree.

My friend Joan gave me some gladiolus bulbs this spring, and I planted them in the perennial garden.

They all produced beautiful multi-colored flowers.

A close-up of the cone flowers.

This butterfly bush has lovely pink flowers every year.
